The BK Connect Software Maintenance & Support Agreement, abbreviated as the M1 contract, offers you as a BK Connect user many benefits.

In your daily work, it’s essential to use your sound and vibration measurement equipment without issues. Therefore, ENMO is pleased to offer you additional peace of mind as part of the M1 contract, which includes online support via phone, email, and Teams. As an M1 contract holder, your questions will be prioritized and addressed with the necessary urgency. You will also receive updates to the latest version of the BK Connect software.

To help you get the most out of your sound and vibration measurement equipment, we regularly organize various (basic) training courses at our training center (ENMO Academy) in Vosselaar. These courses have a maximum of 15 participants to ensure engaging and responsible training, with sufficient personal coaching for each attendee. As an M1 contract holder, you will receive a 10% discount on the courses offered by ENMO Academy. You will also receive a 10% discount on customized training at your location or at our office.

ENMO organizes the BK Connect User Day every two years, providing a platform to exchange experiences with fellow users and ask questions to technical specialists. Additionally, various presentations and interactive workshops are held.
