En 2018 et 2023, nous avons obtenu avec fiert\u00e9 notre port\u00e9e d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation pour les sonom\u00e8tres, les calibreurs acoustiques, les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tres, les calibreurs de vibration, les vibrom\u00e8tres et les capteurs de force. Depuis juillet 2025, cette port\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tendue pour inclure l\u2019\u00e9talonnage des microphones, conform\u00e9ment aux normes IEC 61094-5 et IEC 61094-6.<br data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"614\" \/>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette extension, nous pouvons encore mieux et plus efficacement accompagner nos clients dans la maintenance de leurs \u00e9quipements de mesure. De nombreuses directives nationales soulignent que les instruments de mesure doivent \u00eatre p\u00e9riodiquement v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s par un \u00e9talonnage accr\u00e9dit\u00e9, y compris les microphones.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1137\">Quels microphone \u00e9talonnons-nous?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"1100\">Notre laboratoire est \u00e9quip\u00e9 pour traiter une large gamme de types et de connexions de microphones, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1312\">\n<li data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1179\">\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1179\">Microphones de 1\/8 pouce, 1\/4 pouce, 1\/2 pouce et 1 pouce<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1226\">\n<p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1226\">Connexions traditionnelles ou CCLD<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1312\">\n<p data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1312\">Capsules microphoniques seules ou microphones avec pr\u00e9amplificateur int\u00e9gr\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1616\">Cette polyvalence nous permet d\u2019\u00e9talonner, sous accr\u00e9ditation, des microphones de diverses marques et mod\u00e8les.<br data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1427\" \/>Chaque \u00e9talonnage est accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un certificat d\u2019\u00e9talonnage conforme, indiquant clairement que le microphone respecte ses sp\u00e9cifications produit et reste dans les tol\u00e9rances d\u00e9finies.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"1788\">Qu\u2019est-ce qui est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 lors de l\u2019\u00e9talonnage?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1931\">Une unit\u00e9 de microphone peut \u00eatre compos\u00e9e uniquement d\u2019une capsule microphonique, ou d\u2019une capsule avec pr\u00e9amplificateur. En acoustique, cela correspond respectivement \u00e0 la sensibilit\u00e9 en circuit ouvert et \u00e0 la sensibilit\u00e9 en charge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1996\">L\u2019\u00e9talonnage d\u2019un microphone comprend deux \u00e9tapes principales :<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2195\">\n<li data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2115\">\n<p data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2115\">D\u00e9termination de la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un coupleur acoustique (IEC 61094-5).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2195\">\n<p data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2195\">Mesure de la r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un actuateur (IEC 61094-6).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2197\" data-end=\"2253\">Ces deux \u00e9tapes sont d\u00e9crites plus en d\u00e9tail ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2244\">1. D\u00e9termination de la sensibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2465\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 entrer dans le syst\u00e8me de mesure les bons param\u00e8tres du microphone \u2014 tels que la sensibilit\u00e9 nominale, la fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, la tol\u00e9rance, le type de connexion (LEMO ou BNC) et les corrections environnementales. La sensibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un coupleur acoustique, optimis\u00e9 pour les microphones de 1\/2 pouce (la taille la plus courante). Le microphone test\u00e9 et un microphone de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (B&amp;K 4180) sont plac\u00e9s c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te et expos\u00e9s au m\u00eame signal acoustique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technique de tension d\u2019insertion, l\u2019influence du pr\u00e9amplificateur est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et corrig\u00e9e si n\u00e9cessaire, ce qui permet une mesure pr\u00e9cise de la sensibilit\u00e9 en circuit ouvert. Lorsqu\u2019un microphone et un pr\u00e9amplificateur sont fournis ensemble, on parle de sensibilit\u00e9 en charge. La sensibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence finale est calcul\u00e9e dans des conditions de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u2014 c\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la valeur demand\u00e9e pour des mesures tra\u00e7ables.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3304\" data-end=\"3340\">2. Mesure de la r\u00e9ponse en fr\u00e9quence<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3224\" data-end=\"3459\">Au-del\u00e0 de la fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, il est essentiel de conna\u00eetre la r\u00e9ponse du microphone \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes fr\u00e9quences. Pour cela, un actuateur \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique est utilis\u00e9 pour exciter directement la membrane du microphone. Comme la grille du microphone est retir\u00e9e pendant cette mesure, le r\u00e9sultat est appel\u00e9 r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019actuateur. \u00c0 l\u2019aide de facteurs de correction bien \u00e9tablis, cette r\u00e9ponse est convertie en r\u00e9ponse en champ sonore, repr\u00e9sentant par exemple un champ libre \u00e0 0\u00b0 d\u2019incidence. Lorsque la grille ne peut pas \u00eatre retir\u00e9e (microphones herm\u00e9tiquement scell\u00e9s), la mesure est effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide du coupleur acoustique. Dans ce cas, la courbe r\u00e9sultante est appel\u00e9e r\u00e9ponse en pression, car elle est bas\u00e9e sur une excitation par pression. Si les corrections ne peuvent pas \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es, il est toujours possible de fournir la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019actuateur ou en champ de pression, permettant ainsi au client d\u2019effectuer un suivi de tendance ou de surveiller la performance au fil du temps.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4239\" data-end=\"4271\">\u00c9talonnage des paires de microphones<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4475\" data-end=\"4612\">Une paire de microphones est constitu\u00e9e de deux microphones utilis\u00e9s ensemble, par exemple dans une sonde d\u2019intensit\u00e9 acoustique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4614\" data-end=\"4665\">Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9talonnage individuel, nous v\u00e9rifions que :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4667\" data-end=\"4850\">\n<li data-start=\"4667\" data-end=\"4731\">\n<p data-start=\"4669\" data-end=\"4731\">les sensibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sont suffisamment proches,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4732\" data-end=\"4785\">\n<p data-start=\"4734\" data-end=\"4785\">les r\u00e9ponses en fr\u00e9quence sont coh\u00e9rentes, et<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4786\" data-end=\"4850\">\n<p data-start=\"4788\" data-end=\"4850\">la diff\u00e9rence de phase reste dans les tol\u00e9rances requises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4852\" data-end=\"5242\">La phase est particuli\u00e8rement critique dans les mesures d\u2019intensit\u00e9, car toute d\u00e9viation de phase affecte directement les r\u00e9sultats calcul\u00e9s. Pour cela, nous utilisons un coupleur d\u2019accord de phase, con\u00e7u pour ne pas introduire de d\u00e9phasage suppl\u00e9mentaire. Aucun microphone de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence n\u2019est requis ici, car seule la comparaison relative entre les deux microphones est \u00e9valu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4919\" data-end=\"4949\">Rapport des r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"82\" data-end=\"217\">\u00c0 la fin de l\u2019\u00e9talonnage, chaque client re\u00e7oit un rapport d\u2019\u00e9talonnage complet contenant tous les d\u00e9tails pertinents, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"219\" data-end=\"472\">\n<li data-start=\"219\" data-end=\"304\">\n<p data-start=\"221\" data-end=\"304\">Les informations sur le client et l\u2019\u00e9quipement (num\u00e9ros de s\u00e9rie, type, date)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"350\">\n<p data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"350\">Les \u00e9quipements de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence utilis\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"351\" data-end=\"390\">\n<p data-start=\"353\" data-end=\"390\">Les param\u00e8tres environnementaux<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"472\">\n<p data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"472\">Les r\u00e9sultats de mesure avec les tol\u00e9rances et incertitudes associ\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"646\">L\u2019incertitude de mesure constitue une partie essentielle de la norme ISO 17025 et contribue \u00e0 la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la fiabilit\u00e9 de chaque \u00e9talonnage.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"5372\" data-end=\"5411\">Des r\u00e9sultats fiables en toute confiance<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"1040\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces proc\u00e9dures d\u2019\u00e9talonnage pr\u00e9cises, vous pouvez \u00eatre s\u00fbr que votre microphone \u2014 ou votre paire de microphones \u2014 fonctionne de mani\u00e8re fiable et conforme aux sp\u00e9cifications.
